Who was Edgar Cayce? |

Edgar Cayce, born March 18, 1877 and died Jan. 3, 1945, had the ability to enter into a self-induced sleep-like trance which would allow his mind contact with all time and space. He responded any and all questions ranging from the secrets of the Universe to the best way to heal a body. His responses were called ‘readings’ and were meticulously recorded. Many times he recommended specific massage moves to alleviate an existing condition in the readings.
Over time the readings were accessed and categorized. One of these categories recorded all the massage moves he recommended and a massage routine was created. This routine addresses assimilations and eliminations (lymph drainage) as well as stretching, organ stimulation and spinal/leg alignment. It routinely lasts from 45 to 60 minutes and addresses the whole body, using careful draping, in a tranquil environment.
After one of these massages it is recommended that pure water be taken internally so as to flush out toxins and waste released during the massage.
