Spiritual Health

h-spiritual

For millennia mankind has had holy men and women among their laymen and workers. Their spiritual health made them notable and interesting and different from the rest.

In these fast-paced and uncertainty-filled times it becomes most important to work on our spiritual health as much as on our physical health.

You might say: “What? meditate hours a day? No Way!”

I agree and it is not necessary to meditate hours a day. What is important is to know that:

  1. You are not alone upon Earth and that your angels and guides are here for you to call upon for help and guidance.

  2. You are no more and no less than any fellow human brother, be it a beggar or a millionaire, be it a dog or a fly or an ant or a weed, tree or stone.

  3. You are on your path and your brother is on his/her path. Everyone takes their own time on their journey. It is Their journey.

There are some beliefs and emotions you might want to eliminate from your reality:

  • Judgmentalism
  • Guilt
  • Blame
  • Lack
  • Hate
  • Fear
  • Destructive ego

And then there are beliefs and emotions you want to create an overabundance of in your reality:

  • Love
  • Light
  • Consciousness
  • Awareness
  • Abundance
  • Appreciation
  • Gratefulness
  • Healthy Ego
To integrate these exercises into your day-to-day living you might want to sit quietly for 15 minutes every day. This time should be devoted to quieting your ‘monkey-mind’ and visualizing yourself rooted into Mother Earth and focusing upon your gentle belly-breath. Once you feel more comfortable doing this for 15 minutes you might want to increase your ‘meditation’ time 5 minutes at a time until you reach the most comfortable meditation time period for yourself.
